4. Allergies, Food Safety, and Health Disclaimer

We take food safety seriously, but we cannot guarantee that food will be free from:

Shellfish

Other allergens

Cross-contamination may occur even when not listed as an ingredient.

5. Online Ordering

Orders may be placed through:

AI phone ordering system

Aggregator platforms (UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.)

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after preparation begins.

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered by customers

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party platforms

Missing or late delivery by third-party drivers

If an issue occurs with 3rd-party delivery, customers must contact the delivery platform directly.

6. Refund and Replacement Policy

We want customers to be satisfied. If there is a concern:

The original food must be returned for evaluation.

Photos may be requested.

Refunds or replacements are at our sole discretion.

We do not issue refunds for:

Food that was fully or partially consumed

Orders older than 2 hours

Orders made via third-party platforms (refunds must be requested through them)

“Change of mind” or personal preferences (e.g., taste or spice level)

7. Promotions, Discounts, and Limited-Time Offers

Promotions may include coupons, percentage discounts, or special pricing. Offers are:

Not valid with catering or bulk orders unless specified

Birthday offers require proof of date of birth.

Management may refuse discounts without explanation if misuse is suspected.

8. Catering Terms

Catering orders require advance notice, typically 24–72 hours depending on size.

A deposit may be required to confirm booking.

Customer is responsible for:

Delivery address access

Parking

Table setup

Buffet arrangements unless included

Cancellations:

72+ hours before event: full refund

24–72 hours before event: 50% refund

Under 24 hours: no refund

Large orders may require signed agreements.

9. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit:

Are non-refundable

Cannot be exchanged for cash

Must be used before expiration

Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

10. Reservation Policy

Reservations are recommended for large groups.

We may hold a table for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond reservation time.

Management reserves right to:

Modify seating arrangements

Combine or split tables

Reject reservations in peak hours

Logos

Menus

Photos

Videos

Trademarks

Designs

Text and descriptions

are the intellectual property of the Company.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, or reproduction is prohibited.
